4. Discovery Calls & Consultations

Submitting a form on this website to request a discovery call or consultation does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part to provide services. Service engagements begin only upon execution of a separate written agreement.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

This section governs your participation in our text messaging program and applies in addition to, and is separate from, our Privacy Policy.

Program Description: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Be Luminary related to discovery calls and appointments you request — specifically, appointment confirmations and reminders. This is a transactional messaging program. We do not currently send marketing or promotional messages under this consent. Should we introduce a marketing SMS program in the future, it will require separate, explicit opt-in and will not be added to your existing consent automatically.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Service: Opting into SMS messaging is not required to request a consultation or engage our services. You may request that we contact you by phone or email instead.

Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Where you engage Be Luminary as a paying client, the terms of your signed service agreement or statement of work govern the scope, deliverables, fees, and cancellation terms of that engagement. These website Terms of Service apply to your use of the website and do not modify or replace a signed client agreement.

Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, ad platform policies, and client-provided assets and approvals. We do not guarantee specific lead volume, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes unless such a guarantee is explicitly stated in a signed client agreement.
