A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

I've spent most of my career in and around agencies. I know how they work — the good parts and the parts nobody puts in a pitch deck.
I was usually the person in the room setting honest expectations with clients, even when that made leadership uncomfortable. The one telling a client what the numbers actually meant, why something wasn't working, and what we were going to do about it — before they had to ask. The one who got called in when an account was about to walk, because a real conversation was the only thing that could save it.
It worked. Accounts stayed. Retainers grew. One simple reason: people can tell when you're being straight with them, and they remember it.
Shine starts with honesty.
My background is in operations — not just marketing, but building and managing the systems that make strategies actually work in real life. And its the lens we’ve built this team around.
We don’t just look at a campaign. We look at the whole life cycle — what happens after someone clicks, who follows up, how fast, whether the system behind the ads is actually built to convert.
