Be Luminary does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

Program Type: Our current SMS program is transactional only. We use text messages solely to confirm and remind you of scheduled discovery calls or appointments. We do not currently send marketing or promotional text messages. If this changes in the future, we will only send marketing texts to contacts who provide separate, explicit consent for that specific purpose — checking the appointment-reminder box does not opt you into marketing messages, and never will retroactively.

Opt-In & Consent:

You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in via our contact form.

Messaging consent is collected separately from our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, using an unchecked checkbox you actively select.

We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state laws.

You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying "STOP".

You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Message Frequency & Content:

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments with us — typically 2–4 messages per booked discovery call (confirmation plus reminders).

Messages will be directly related to the appointment you have requested.

We do not send promotional content without separate, specific consent.

Carrier Information:

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the Text Message service itself.
